Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Delivery times vary based on your location:
Canada: 3–7 business days
United States: 5–10 business days
International: 7–14 business days
You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Local Pickup
We may offer local pickup at our facility.
If available, this option will appear at checkout with instructions for scheduling pickup.
Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at: miguel@atruehomefoundation.com
Include your order number and photos (if applicable), and we’ll make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.
To be eligible:
Item must be unused and in original condition
Item must be returned with original packaging
Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
Opened pet products (toys, gear, etc.)
Training tools that have been used
Digital products or downloadable materials
Return Process

Your order number
Reason for return
Photos (if applicable)
Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
Exchanges
If you need a different size or item, we recommend requesting an exchange through email. Availability is subject to stock.
Services & Training Packages
All training programs, consultations, and services are non-refundable once completed.
If you need to reschedule:
Please provide at least 24 hours notice
Missed sessions without notice may not be rescheduled
